I had a great opportunity to shoot from a window on the 6th floor. My building doesn't have East/West facing windows but the building next to us have some. On the 6th floor, they keep old office equipment and they have decided to give some away to the employees.
I wanted a chair, so I went a Friday evening for the reason of taking a night shot out the window. I tried both the 27mm and the 50mm. You can see the difference below. I prefer the 50mm since it emphasizes the road.
Here's the setup:
I'm on the 6th floor facing East. I used my Fujifilm X-T20 + Rokinon 50mm 1.2.

I reduced a lot of highlights and worked with the split toning to remove that orange glow. I'm happy how it came out and I hope to get another chance another day.
