Christmas Coffee Cup

I wanted at least one Christmas theme picture and this is what I came with. A nice warm cup of coffee with a Christmas touch.

I forgot to take a shot of the setup but what's important is my living room blinds are close (right side) and my kitchen\dinning room light is turned on (left side). My 50mm isn't the best focal length for this shot, I think 40mm would be better by having more background which would make the cup smaller. You would still need a big aperture so a zoom lens with 40mm wouldn't work. I tried shooting at F/1.2 but it was tricky to have some sharpness.

This was shot with my Fujifilm X-T20 + Rokinon 50mm 1.2. This is out of camera raw with Lightroom presets (Adobe Color):

I didn't do much besides basic editing. For the smoke, I did the same trick as my teacup shot, light a match and blow it out on top of the cup.

50mm 1/6s F/1.8 ISO 200
Merry Christmas and happy new year!
