I saw some cool examples of dandelions online and I wanted to try it myself.
So I thought of a setup and decided to give it a go. Here's the setup:
I wanted an interesting background so I decided to use a plant in the
background to make a green pattern. I also placed a green fabric over the TV
so any holes would have some green to it.
I used 2 flashes with diffusers to make it softer. The left one is on the side
and the right one is on a 45 degree.
The tricky part was finding the right distance to the subject and background.
I had limited space and if I closed my aperture more than F/8, I would start
to see too many details in the background.
These were shot with my Fujifilm X-T3 + Rokinon 50mm 1.2 + Macro tube. This is out of camera raw with Lightroom presets (Adobe Color):
This was my first attempt and I wasn't satisfied with it so I decided to give
it another go a couple of days later and came up with this:
I'm much happier with this. I adjusted the yellow in HSL to make it greener. There's also some local adjustment to increase clarity on the point of focus and some dodge and burn. I should've focused stack to get the top of the seed in focus as well.

I also took this shot before pulling all the seeds.
This was fun to set up and prepare. Just need to be prepared to ruin more than
1 flower. I also timed how long you have until the flower starts to bend and
it's around 30 minutes.
