Irish Town Park Trails

In October, I wanted to explore the Irish Town park since I've never really explored it much. It was much prettier than I would anticipate but finding a good composition is not easy in dense woods. I didn't get any good woodland shots here though I did get some amazing fog conditions that I'll be showing soon.

I also got this squirrel. They're very tamed in this park and at one point I was too close with 200mm. He was probably expecting some food poor little guy. Next year, I'll come prepared.

This shot was with my Fujifilm X-T3 + Fujinon XF55-200mm. This is out of camera raw with Lightroom presets (Adobe Color):

I wanted a warmer look overall and less green. I played with the HSL and some local adjustments to make it more orange and less green. I did some local adjustment on the squirrel for the highlights, clarity, and texture since shooting wide open with this lens isn't it's sharpest.

Sometimes, something that looks good with your eyes doesn't always translate to a picture and this is a good example. But I learned to focus stacked with this image. I took 3 shots and with Photoshop it's very easy to stack them.

I can't wait for Autumn next year and try to get some woodland shots in this park. Like I said in my previous post, just walking in these park trails is relaxing.
